Detroit Metro District Global Missions' objective is to proclaim the whole gospel to the whole world by following God’s word and sending forth God-called men and women in obedience to the great commission.

Support Global Missionaries through the Detroit Metro District and the UPCI.

Host a Missionary

DMD churches are encouraged to host missionary families either by having them minister in a service or hosting them for dinner. In both instances, the church provides the missionary a meal, offering, and covers their hotel for that day.

Give to Missionaries

Support missionaries by giving in a couple of ways:

1. Partners In Missions (PIM) – Either a church or individual makes a pledge and commits to giving this on a monthly basis.

2. Special Projects – Project examples: supplies/equipment, funds for renting a building, or for their children’s schooling.

"Giving by Faith" Training

UCPI Global Missions has a program called Partners in Missions where they will teach your congregation using the “Giving by Faith” premise to become Partners in Missions.

The Global Missions Website also includes many resources to encourage your congregation to give regularly to Global Missions.
